A man has died after he was hit by a pickup truck while skateboarding in a north Peoria neighborhood late last week.
Police have identified him as 20-year-old Dylan Bartlett of Peoria.

The collision happened around 4:30 p.m. on Friday at 73rd Drive and Terramar Boulevard, just northwest of 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
According to Peoria police, Bartlett did not stop while crossing the intersection and was hit by a Dodge Ram pickup driver heading south on Terramar Boulevard. Bartlett was rushed to a hospital, where he later died.
Police say the driver remained on scene and the road was closed for nearly five hours.
