Phoenix police are investigating after a man’s body was found at Papago Park in Phoenix Thursday morning.
Officers responded around 7:30 a.m. to reports of an injured person near Galvin Parkway and Van Buren Street.
When they arrived, they found a dead man in the park, but it’s unclear exactly where in the park he was found and who found him.
The victim’s name has not yet been released. It’s also unclear if the death is considered suspicious.
Phoenix police say the area will remain closed as the investigation continues.
